Research Manager
Aileen joined Progressive in July 2007 after working four and a half years for GfK NOP in London, running a number of projects concerned with education, media, consumer and public sectors. Her work with GfK NOP was largely time-sensitive and high pressure, requiring rapid turnaround, particularly for new product development research. Aileen graduated from Strathclyde University with an MSc in Research Methods, and is now a full member of the MRS, and committee member for MRS Scotland. She is skilled in qualitative and quantitative research techniques, and at Progressive she has worked across a wide variety of sectors; from the public sector to utilities, healthcare, and media, specifically looking at advertising awareness tracking, product development and customer satisfaction. Clients now include the Scottish Government, Glasgow Chamber of Commerce, Benenden Healthcare Society, Cycling Scotland, ScottishPower, and Edinburgh Winter Festivals. Aileen is also an integral part of Progressive's ISO team acting as Quality Manager, responsible for implementing quality control procedures in accordance with ISO 20252. Aileen is currently the Chairperson of MRS Scotland.
