Research Manager

Jacqueline joined Progressive in 2005, following two and half years working at the Centre for Customer Awareness, where she specialised in customer service research and consultancy, including mystery shopping. She was responsible for managing customer satisfaction research projects, working primarily with clients in the public sector, and continues to work on qualitative, quantitative and tracker research projects with Progressive, from finance to the public sector to communications and branding research and more, counting Dunfermline Building Society, SUfI / Skills Development Scotland, and VisitScotland (for UK-wide mystery shopping) as key clients. Jacqueline graduated from the University of Strathclyde with an Honours degree in International Business and Modern Languages, and is an Associate Member of the Market Research Society
