Louise joined Progressive in the summer of 2003 having spent the previous two and a half years as Research Manager with The Royal Bank of Scotland, where she was responsible for managing all primary research projects across the RBS and NatWest Retail Banks. Louise graduated from Glasgow University with an MA (Hons) in History, and later followed her passion for marketing (sparked by her previous involvement with the Young Enterprise Scheme at school) and went on to join Infratest Burke Ltd in London and NFO System Three in Edinburgh working with clients such as Procter & Gamble, Kelloggs and SmithKline Beecham. Her work history has amassed significant experience in large and small scale qualitative, quantitative and mystery shopping projects, for clients such as Skills Development Scotland, RBS, Scottish Government, The Leith Agency, and SRU. Louise now manages the executive team at Progressive, ensuring that the output delivered to all clients is of the highest quality. She has also been chairperson of the Market Research Society in Scotland for the past 4 years and on the Marketing Society Scotland Council.
