In 1990 Mark graduated with an honours degree in Marketing and Accountancy from Strathclyde University in Glasgow . A week later he joined BBPD in Osaka , Japan where he was a Communication Consultant to senior business executives who planned to take up positions in the USA and UK . On returning to the UK in 1992, he joined Faulds Advertising where he achieved Senior Strategic Planner status. In 1997, Mark brought his experience to Progressive and now heads up the qualitative and quantitative research teams.
