Client Services Manager
Susan joined Progressive in March 2003 after working with Taylor Nelson Sofres in London for nearly six years. As a senior Field Manager with TNS, Susan worked with both paper and CAPI interviewing techniques, specialising in quantitative research. Susan has also been involved in many qualitative studies and has extensive experience of working with various research clients on leading projects, including media, social, consumer and financial studies. At Progressive Susan is the main client contact for Scottish Opinion, the weekly telephone Omnibus Study. Susan is also a trained Quality Auditor within market research.
