Client Services Manager

Susan joined Progressive in March 2003 after working with Taylor Nelson Sofres in London for nearly six years. As a senior Field Manager with TNS, Susan worked with both paper and CAPI interviewing techniques, specialising in quantitative research. In her current role as a trained Quality Manager, Susan is responsible for maintaining ISO quality systems and translating these into benefits for Progressive's weekly telephone Omnibus Study, Scottish Opinion, while acting as the main client contact for all projects. Susan also plays a supporting role for the viewing facilities, telephone unit, and field-only jobs, to ensure smooth running and essential high standards at all times. Recent clients include the BBC, the Scottish Information Commissioner, Scottish SPCA, Glasgow Housing Association, The Daily Mail and the Scottish Government.
