Progressive is a market research agency specialising in providing intelligent answers to tricky questions for a vast range of public and private sector clients. We've been around for 25 years and are now Scotland's leading independent market and social research agency, based in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
We're looking for a talented individual to join our team in Edinburgh at Research Director level, reporting to the Managing Director. With a small team of researchers and a diverse client portfolio to manage you'll also be keen to make your mark by bringing in new clients and getting involved in the wider management of our business.
Our ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills:
- Experience in both qualitative and quantitative methods
- Astute commercial and strategic thinking
- A research agency background with exposure to public and private sector clients
- Business development and client relationship building skills
- A collaborative approach to managing a team and a desire to contribute to the overall management of the company
- A genuine enthusiasm for research
- Motivation and enthusiasm to progress to board director level
