Field
The field team has depth of experience in undertaking all types of face-to-face fieldwork, telephone interviewing, focus group/depth discussion recruitment, hall tests, pedestrian flow counting, postal surveys and more.
From our offices in Edinburgh we manage a network of 15 area supervisors and nearly 800 field interviewers that covers the whole of the UK. Our field force has experience on pen and paper surveys as well as CAPI (computer aided personal interviewing) which gives clients more scope for what can be done during an interview.
Progressive has a 30-stong in-house telephone research unit working with CATI (computer aided telephone interviewing).
All of our work is carried out to ISO 20252 Quality Standards as well as IQCS within the telephone unit. We also follow the MRS Code of Conduct and guidelines.

From more basic analysis, such as crosstabulations, significance testing or mean scores, to more advanced techniques like cluster analysis, correlations or regression, we are able to get you the very best from your data.

Online Surveying
We are able to create high quality and attractive online questionnaires. Clear and intuitive layout and straightforward navigation ensure a smooth experience for the respondent. Questionnaires can be fully branded with your company logo and colouring. We can also take control of managing your database and sending invitation emails - reminder emails can be set up to only target those who have not responded.
