Sometimes, you might want to handle some elements of a project yourself.  We're happy to fill in the gaps and have the know-how to work with you to deliver a project to your specifications.

The field team has depth of experience in undertaking all types of face-to-face fieldwork, telephone interviewing, focus group/depth discussion recruitment, hall tests, pedestrian flow counting, customer satisfaction surveys, mail-outs and more.

From our offices in Edinburgh we manage a network of fifteen area supervisors and more than 600 field interviewers that cover the whole of the UK. Our field force has much experience on pen and paper surveys as well as CAPI (Computer Aided Personal Interviewing) which gives clients more scope for what can be done during an interview.

Progressive has a 30-strong in-house telephone research unit working with CATI (Computer Aided Telephone Interviewing). As well as ad-hoc projects our weekly omnibus, Scottish Opinion, is conducted in our telephone unit.
