We never stop learning.
We love getting out into the real world, listening to what people from all walks of life have to say about a whole host of different subjects and getting to the crux of their attitudes and behaviour.
How we do this is by using one (or more) of the many qualitative methodologies we have in our toolkit.
- Depth interviews - on the phone or in person
- Group discussions - full groups or mini-groups, online or in person
- Accompanied visits - to shops, museums, tourist attractions or just about anywhere
- Online forums - so clients can see the debate in real time
- Qualitative hall testing - shorter depth interviews in one location, great for projects with lots of stimulus
- Ethnography - observing and understanding how real people behave in their own environment
- Co-creation workshops - clients, researchers and customers all in together to come up with ideas
- Vox pops - video clips bring the data to life
We're experienced and flexible enough to tailor these techniques to different target audiences and use different forms of questioning to get the most relevant responses to our clients' burning questions.
What really makes our qualitative research special is the fact that although we are over 25 years old, we believe we never stop learning. That's why when we're not engaged on a client's piece of business, we are scanning research papers, attending training courses or lecturing on best practice within our industry.
