We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by, or as a result of adverse weather conditions, transport difficulties, industrial action or any other circumstances beyond our control.

We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to client's property or stored materials unless caused by negligence.

We shall under no circumstances be liable for failure or defective working of audio or visual equipment or any subsequent loss or cost incurred.

The hirer/occupants of the viewing facility will be responsible for any damage caused to any of our equipment/facility contents and will be liable for any repair or replacement costs incurred.

Recordings will be provided on DVD as standard. Digital Audio Recording is available upon request, prior to commencement of the session. DAR and DVD recordings will be processed the following working day after the session.     All recordings will be stored securely for a limited period of 3 months only unless otherwise directed by the client.  Please note that recordings may not be available after the 3 months has passed.  If it is preferred that recordings are deleted immediately after the group sessions please request in writing on the final job confirmation.

Web-streaming is available upon request, prior to commencement of the session and instructions will be supplied. Where web-streaming is provided all terms and conditions will apply and we cannot accept responsibility for failure or defective working of equipment or any subsequent loss or cost incurred.

Catering requirements can only be guaranteed if all details are received before 12.00pm the working day prior to the session.

Postponement and cancellation charges are payable as a percentage of the Viewing Facility rates charged (plus VAT) depending on the number of days notice given:

24 hours	75%	100%
2-3 working days	50%	75%
4-7 working days	30%	50%
8 or more working days	No charge	25%*

All cancellation and postponement charges relate to confirmed bookings. Provisional bookings are held subject to availability. If another client requests the same date, the original client will be given first option before the date is released.

* As long as no other bookings have been refused for the same date.

Payment Terms are strictly 30 days from date of invoice.
