We are looking for articulate, enthusiastic candidates with an excellent telephone manner to join our team. Our telephone interviewers work from our Edinburgh based telephone unit located in the EH4 area.
All applicants must be computer literate with a willingness to learn. Call handling or telephony experience is desirable. Full training will be given.
Duties include:
- Calling respondents from our database
- Gaining respondents’ participation in a scripted interview
- Recording respondents’ answers accurately
Starting pay rate: real living wage + paid holidays
Operating hours are weekdays 10am – 8pm and weekends 11am – 5pm. Within these hours, shifts are flexible so on a weekly basis you can choose what days and times you work. Though, we ask all candidates are available for a minimum of 15 hours per week, and available for at least one evening or weekend shift.
